Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We do not ship on weekends or official holidays.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Standard shipping will take 7–15 business days to arrive after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or other unexpected circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions; terms will be shown clearly on our homepage.
Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply upon delivery. We cannot predict or cover these charges. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.
Undeliverable / Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs fees, or refusal to accept the parcel, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. A re-delivery fee will apply if you request resending.
Lost or Missing Packages
Please contact our support team immediately if your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window. We will work with the shipping carrier to track your parcel. Claims for lost packages can only be filed 15 business days after the maximum estimated delivery date.
Shipping Address Changes
Address modifications are only permitted before your order is dispatched. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot update the delivery address.
